Influencers Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Florida by the U.S. Marshals Service following an extradition request from the United Kingdom, marking the latest legal development involving the brothers.

The arrests were carried out after British authorities requested their extradition in connection with an ongoing criminal investigation. The brothers are expected to appear before a U.S. federal court, where proceedings will determine whether they can be transferred to the UK to face the allegations.

The U.S. Marshals Service confirmed that the arrests were made in coordination with U.S. and British law enforcement agencies. Officials did not disclose further details about the specific charges cited in the extradition request, noting that the legal process remains ongoing.

Andrew and Tristan Tate have previously faced legal scrutiny in multiple jurisdictions and have consistently denied any wrongdoing. Their legal representatives said they intend to challenge the extradition request through the U.S. court system.

Under U.S. extradition procedures, the court will first determine whether the request satisfies the requirements of the extradition treaty between the United States and the United Kingdom. If approved by the courts, the final decision on extradition would rest with the U.S. government.

The case has attracted significant international attention due to the brothers’ large online following and their involvement in several high profile legal proceedings in recent years. Legal experts say extradition cases of this nature can take months to resolve, depending on appeals and judicial rulings.

The U.S. Department of Justice and British authorities have not indicated when the next court hearing will take place.
