Chelsea have reached an agreement worth £117 million to sign Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers in what will become the club’s biggest transfer deal in history.
The 23 year old England international is expected to complete his move to Stamford Bridge after undergoing medical checks, with Chelsea viewing him as a key part of their plans to strengthen their attacking options.
