Police authorities reaffirmed their commitment to safeguarding lives and property, warning that anyone involved in acts capable of undermining public peace would be dealt with decisively. They urged residents to remain law-abiding and avoid taking actions that could incite violence or threaten community stability.
The command also appealed to members of the public to cooperate with security agencies by providing credible and timely information that could assist in preventing crime and ensuring the safety of communities across Jigawa State.
