Cryptocurrency data provider Kaiko has raised $110 million in an extended Series B funding round led by S&P Global, highlighting growing interest from major financial institutions in digital-asset infrastructure.

The round also attracted investors including BNP Paribas, Nasdaq Ventures, Royal Bank of Canada, Bpifrance, Coinbase Ventures and Susquehanna. Kaiko said it will use the funding to strengthen its market-data business and expand services supporting on-chain financial markets.

Founded in France in 2014, Kaiko provides institutional-grade cryptocurrency data, analytics and indices covering more than 150 exchanges and protocols. The company has increasingly focused on infrastructure for tokenized assets, including stocks, bonds and other traditional financial instruments.

The investment comes as banks and other financial institutions deepen their involvement in digital assets and tokenization. S&P Global’s backing further signals the growing convergence between traditional finance and blockchain-based markets.
