Kano Governor Celebrates Sultan of Sokoto at 70

Kano State Governor has congratulated the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, on his 70th birthday, celebrating his contributions to peace, unity and national development.

The governor described the Sultan as a respected traditional and religious leader whose influence extends beyond Sokoto State, particularly in promoting unity and peaceful coexistence across Nigeria.

He commended the monarch’s leadership and continued efforts to foster understanding among Nigerians while wishing him good health, wisdom and many more years of service to the nation.

The birthday celebration has attracted goodwill messages from political, religious and traditional leaders across the country.
