The United States has launched a new wave of military strikes against Iranian targets after two American service members were killed in an Iranian attack, marking a sharp escalation in the already volatile confrontation between Washington and Tehran.
The latest U.S. operation targeted what American officials described as military infrastructure linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), including missile launch sites, command facilities and weapons storage locations believed to have been used to support recent attacks on U.S. personnel and allied forces in the region.
