Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), and his wife, Pastor Folu Adeboye, have celebrated the wedding of their granddaughter, Oluwafunmilayo Adubi, in Baltimore, Maryland, United States.

The wedding ceremony took place on October 21, 2026, and brought together family members, church leaders, pastors and other guests.

Oluwafunmilayo, popularly known as Funmi, is the daughter of Pastor Bolu Adubi, the daughter of the RCCG general overseer.

During the ceremony, Bolu Adubi formally handed her daughter over to her husband, David, in a moment that highlighted the family’s participation in the celebration.

Pastor Adeboye also offered prayers and blessings for the newlyweds as they began their married life.

The celebration combined Nigerian cultural elements with Western wedding traditions, with gospel music and festivities forming part of the occasion.

The wedding attracted attention among members of the RCCG community and followers of the cleric, particularly after footage from the event circulated on social media.

The ceremony marked a significant family occasion for the Adeboyes, bringing together relatives and members of the Christian community to celebrate the couple’s union.
