Senator Abdulaziz Yari has led a delegation of All Progressives Congress, APC, leaders on consultations with prominent Muslim clerics ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The consultations focused on seeking religious leaders’ support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid and discussing national issues, including security, economic challenges and national unity.
The delegation included former APC National Chairman Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, former Kebbi State Governor Adamu Aliero and other senior party members.
