Enugu Judiciary Workers Resume Industrial Action Over Unfulfilled Agreement.

Judiciary workers in Enugu State have resumed industrial action over allegations that the state government failed to honour and implement an agreement reached with the workers’ union in September 2025.

The renewed strike follows the workers’ demand for the implementation of outstanding provisions contained in the agreement, which they said have remained unresolved despite previous engagements with the government.

The industrial action is expected to affect administrative and support services within the state’s judiciary, potentially disrupting court operations across the state.

The development comes as the workers press for the government to fulfil its commitments and address the issues contained in the earlier agreement.
