Workers at the Ministry of Education have reportedly blocked the ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Alausa, from entering his office amid growing tensions within the ministry.

The development reportedly caused a disruption at the ministry as workers gathered to express their grievances and prevent the Permanent Secretary from gaining access to the premises.

The reasons behind the action were not immediately clear, although the incident is believed to be linked to ongoing concerns among workers over issues within the ministry.

The situation has drawn attention to the growing tensions between the ministry’s management and some of its employees, with stakeholders expected to seek dialogue to resolve the matter.

Authorities are expected to engage the affected workers and management in an effort to restore normal operations and address the issues raised.
