The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has completed the payment of outstanding Back End Computation (BEC) arrears to 3,958 eligible pensioners of the defunct Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).

The payment is part of efforts to settle verified outstanding pension obligations owed to former PHCN workers under the Defined Benefits Scheme.

The development provides financial relief to the affected pensioners following the completion of the payment process by PTAD.

The Directorate has continued to process and settle eligible pension-related obligations in line with its mandate of administering pension schemes under the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate.
