The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Adamawa State has officially welcomed Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) for the 2026 Batch B Stream II Orientation Course at the Permanent Orientation Camp in Damare, Girei Local Government Area.
The State Coordinator, Mrs Osoroh Caroline Chinedu, alongside the Camp Director, Mr Bulus Rimamsikwe, and members of the Camp Management Team, received the incoming corps members as they arrived at the camp.

Addressing the prospective corps members, Mrs Chinedu welcomed them to Adamawa State and urged them to remain disciplined, cooperate with camp officials, and participate actively in all orientation activities. She assured them that the welfare and safety of every corps member would remain a priority throughout the three week orientation programme.

Following the reception, the prospective corps members were served light refreshments before proceeding to the documentation and registration process, which officially commenced at 7:05 a.m.
The orientation course is expected to prepare participants for national service through physical training, leadership development, civic education, and other activities designed to promote unity, discipline, and nation building.
