The Adamawa Renewed Hope 226 Movement (ARH-226M) has inaugurated coordinators for the state’s 21 Local Government Areas as part of efforts to strengthen its grassroots mobilisation structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The inauguration was held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, during a strategic meeting led by the movement’s Director General, Prof. Abdullahi Liman Tukur, and Secretary, Hon. Chiwaren E. Abubakar.

The newly inaugurated officials, designated as LGA ARH-226M Ambassadors, are expected to coordinate the movement’s activities within their respective local government areas and strengthen engagement across Adamawa’s 226 wards.

The meeting also featured the presentation of operational guidelines and the movement’s organisational framework to the new coordinators, with emphasis on effective grassroots coordination.

APC State Secretary, Mustapha Atiku Ribadu, who attended the meeting, contributed to discussions on party organisation and grassroots mobilisation.

The ARH-226M was established as a grassroots political mobilisation platform with a structure spanning the state’s 21 local government areas and 226 wards.

The movement said the new coordination structure would support its mobilisation activities and strengthen coordination between the APC structure and supporters ahead of the 2027 elections.
