Senator Aminu Iya Abbas has directed the disbursement of the first batch of his scholarship fund to 1,000 eligible students from Adamawa Central Senatorial District.
The scholarship initiative is aimed at supporting students from the zone and helping ease the financial burden associated with their education.
According to the directive, the first batch of beneficiaries is expected to receive the scholarship before the end of October.
The programme is part of Senator Iya Abbas’s education support efforts, with eligible students from Adamawa Central set to benefit from the initial phase of the fund.
