Arsenal teenage sensation Max Dowman has been presented with three Guinness World Records certificates after setting remarkable milestones in English and European football before his 17th birthday.
Guinness World Records confirmed the recognition on Thursday through its verified X account, celebrating the youngster’s rapid rise at both club and continental level.
The 16-year-old holds the record as the youngest player to feature in the UEFA Champions League, having made his appearance at the age of 15 years and 308 days.
Dowman also holds the record for the youngest goalscorer in Premier League history, achieving the feat at 16 years and 73 days.
His third record is as the youngest player to win the Premier League, after receiving his championship medal at just 16 years and 144 days.
Dowman’s achievement surpassed the previous record held by Manchester City legend Phil Foden by more than a year.
The Arsenal youngster has also been included in the Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027, released on Thursday, as part of the publication’s “Class of ’27”.
Dowman made his Arsenal first-team debut at the start of last season when he came off the bench against Leeds United. His appearance made him the second-youngest player in Premier League history at the time, behind Arsenal teammate Ethan Nwaneri.
The presentation of the three certificates further highlights Dowman’s extraordinary emergence as one of English football’s most promising young talents.
With several years ahead of him, the teenager will now look to build on his historic start and establish himself as a regular figure at Arsenal.
