The European Union’s General Court on Wednesday dismissed Hungary’s legal challenge against the bloc’s decision to use profits generated from frozen Russian central bank assets to support Ukraine’s defence.
The EU’s second highest court ruled that it did not have jurisdiction to hear the case.
The decision is another setback for Hungary’s efforts to challenge EU measures involving Russian assets held in the bloc.
