Former Councillor Killed in Fresh Gunmen Attack on Plateau Community

A former councillor has been killed in an attack by unidentified gunmen in a community in Plateau State, in the latest incident to heighten concerns over the security situation in parts of the state.

According to local sources, the attackers stormed the community and opened fire, fatally injuring the former councillor before fleeing the scene.
