Barcelona winger Raphinha has agreed a new contract that will keep him at the Spanish giants until June 2030.
The agreement has reportedly been finalised after the Brazilian’s representatives and lawyers completed negotiations with the Catalan club.
Raphinha’s new deal is understood to have been approved and sealed, with Barcelona now preparing for the formal announcement.
The official confirmation and contract-signing ceremony could take place this week, potentially on Friday, subject to the completion of the remaining documentation.
The renewal represents a major show of confidence in the Brazil international, who has established himself as an important attacking figure at Barcelona.
Raphinha joined the club from Leeds United in 2022 and has since become a key component of the team’s attacking setup, contributing goals, assists and creativity from the wing.
His new long-term agreement also provides Barcelona with greater security over one of their leading attacking players as the club continues to build for the future.
The 2030 expiry date means Raphinha is set to remain at Camp Nou for several more seasons, barring any future transfer developments.
Barcelona are expected to make the renewal official once all paperwork has been completed, bringing an end to negotiations over the Brazilian’s long-term future.
