Fintiri Receives New Military Commanders, Pledges Support for Security.

Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has received the new Acting Commander of Sector 4, Operation Hadin Kai, Brig. Gen. A.T. Lawal, and the incoming Commander of the 23 Brigade, Brig. Gen. A.U. Abdul.

The Governor also received the outgoing Acting Sector Commander, Brig. Gen. A.O. Agwu, during the meeting, where he welcomed the incoming commanders to the state and appreciated the outgoing commander for his service.

Fintiri assured the new commanders of the state government’s continued support and cooperation as they assume their respective responsibilities.

The Governor said the state government remains committed to working closely with the military and other security agencies to strengthen security and protect residents across Adamawa.

He expressed confidence that the new commanders would build on existing security efforts and contribute to maintaining peace and stability in the state.
