Mubi Leaders Unite to Advance Development, Security and Good Governance Across the Zone.

The Executive Chairman of Mubi South Local Government Council, Hon. Shu’aibu Dan Abba, and his counterpart from Mubi North Local Government Council, Hon. Musa Hassan, have convened a strategic stakeholders meeting aimed at strengthening unity, cooperation and collective development across the Mubi zone.

According to a statement from the Mubi South and Mubi North Local Government Councils, the high level meeting was held at the Government Lodge in Mubi North and brought together key political leaders and other strategic stakeholders to discuss issues affecting the development and security of communities in the area.

The meeting was attended by Hon. Abdulwahab, Chairman of Development Area West, and Hon. Kalana, Chairman of Development Area Mubi East, alongside other important stakeholders from across the Mubi zone.

The deliberations focused on shared development priorities, sustainable development initiatives and strategies for strengthening cooperation among the various local government and development area administrations.

Security coordination also formed a major part of the discussions, with the leaders emphasising the importance of collaboration among stakeholders in maintaining peace and protecting communities across Mubi North and Mubi South Local Government Areas.

The engagement provided an opportunity for the political leaders and stakeholders to identify areas of common interest and explore ways to work together in addressing challenges affecting the socio economic development of the zone.

The meeting further demonstrated the commitment of Hon. Shu’aibu Dan Abba and Hon. Musa Hassan to promoting unity, peaceful coexistence and effective cooperation in the interest of the people.

The leaders reaffirmed the importance of collective action and partnership in driving sustainable development, improving security and creating a more peaceful and prosperous environment for residents across the Mubi zone.

The stakeholders meeting is expected to strengthen collaboration among political leaders and community stakeholders while supporting the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the welfare and development of the people of Mubi North and Mubi South.
